The Master of Arts in Intercultural Education (M.A.I.E) seeks to raise up TRAINERS, or multipliers, who upon their graduation return to their own countries to multiply workers for the harvest. This is achieved by starting strategic trail- blazing training centers to train fellow nationals to reach the unreached in their own cultural contexts.
